Contracting Modes

NewPoint Group is a certified California small business, and has many contracting vehicles that streamline the process for doing business with most public agencies.

Effective January 1, 2010, with the implementation of AB 31, state agencies can contract with small businesses for consulting services with a value between $5,000 and $250,000 as long as the agencies obtain project proposals from two or more certified small businesses.
